At CoThWo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If things didn't work out the way you expected, you can request a refund as outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund for any purchase made on CoThWo, provided that:

- Your request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The purchase was made through your own account using a valid payment method.
- Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Use.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, follow these steps:

1. Log into your CoThWo account.
2. Navigate to the Refund page.
3. Fill out the refund request form with a brief description of why you'd like a refund.
4. Submit your request.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you.

 

3. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed by our support team. We aim to process every request within 5-7 business days of submission. During the review, we may reach out to you for additional details if needed.

 

4. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

5. Denied Refunds

A refund request may be denied if:

- The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- The account associated with the purchase has been suspended or terminated for policy violations.
- We determine the request to be fraudulent or abusive.

If your request is denied, you will receive an explanation along with the decision. You are welcome to contact our support team if you have questions or believe the decision was made in error.

 

6. Subscription and Membership Refunds

If you purchased a Pro membership or any recurring subscription, you are eligible for a refund on the most recent billing cycle as long as it falls within the 30-day window. Refunds for previous billing cycles are not available. Upon a successful refund, your membership benefits will be revoked immediately.

 

7. Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are not eligible for a refund, including:

- Gifts or credits that have already been sent or redeemed.
- Promotional or discounted purchases where stated as non-refundable at the time of sale.
- Any purchase where the associated service or content has been fully consumed or used.

 

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting CoThWo may result in your account being restricted while we investigate the dispute.
