Welcome to CoThWo! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoThWo website and its services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Introduction

CoThWo is a website created by an Indian founder and is proudly hosted on servers located in Mumbai, India. 4.3. Compliance: CoThWo complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. Specifically, you agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Upload, share, or distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ Accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing viruses or other malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: CoThWo owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to its design, content, and features. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6.2. User Content: By uploading or sharing content on the Service, you grant CoThWo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Termination

7.1. By CoThWo: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
7.2. By You: You may terminate your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or contacting us directly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. CoThWo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoThWo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the past six months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
